TASSP Summer Workshop Closing Keynote

Administrators’ work is increasingly complex. However, when we reduce what we do to its essence, leadership is really about a F.E.W. key ideas: feedback, engagement, and well-being for each person we serve. Our profession is the one that makes all others possible. In this closing session, you will be encouraged and explore practical insights to catalyze growth in life-giving ways. The Texas Association of Secondary School Principals is an association formed by and for over 6,400 campus level administrators. Established in February of 1923, its purpose is to build an active network of educators that want to take responsibility for the quality of school leadership. TASSP focuses on the need for collaboration between all stakeholders in education while using as its foundation a very effective volunteer force that provides a statewide knowledge base and informed leadership.
